BANANA-OAT
SMOOTHIE
 
In a blender, combine 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 1 banana,  cut-into thirds, 1/2 cup fat-free-milk, 2 teaspoons honey, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon; puree until smooth. Serve immediately,

per serve: 342 cal: 3.9 g fat (1.6 g sat fat); 14 g protein; 67.4 g car; 5.5 g fiber
